Join Our Team of Advanced Practice Clinicians
Collaboration.
Advance Practice Clinicians (APCs) in the Emergency Department and Urgent Cares enjoy real-time physician support. This allows our APCs to expand and refine their practice while working alongside a physician or collaborating 24/7 by phone.
Flexibility.
Our scheduling process allows clinicians maximum flexibility and control, while maintaining fairness and transparency. From day one, every APC has an equal opportunity to influence their schedule in the way that best suits their life.
Integrity.
Our values are fundamental to our success, medically and financially. Equity, honesty, congeniality and excellence are the foundation of our culture, where every clinician is treated as the invaluable asset they are.
Mentorship.
When joining the Emergency Department team, our Advance Practice Clinicians have the opportunity to develop their emergency skills. Each new APC is initially scheduled as an extra provider in the department and is mentored by a team of experienced Emergency Physicians until they are fully prepared to provide care with less direct oversight.
Location.
The Pacific Northwest is undoubtedly one of the premier places in the world to live and practice emergency or urgent care medicine. Nestled between the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, surrounded by rivers, lakes, waterfalls and Puget Sound, nearby outdoor recreation opportunities abound. The Seattle area boasts top-notch restaurants, a thriving arts culture, professional sports, exceptional wineries, quality schools, a laid-back vibe, many eco- and health-conscious options and a diverse population.
