Opportunity.
We encourage physicians to pursue their career and life passions. Physicians at EES have many opportunities, including joining leadership, innovating as members of hospital committees, improving care on quality committees, mentoring advance practice providers, directing community EMS programs, and more.
Autonomy.
At EES, our leaders are emergency physicians, not corporate administrators. We support our physicians as they make the medical decisions necessary to provide excellent patient care, without metric-based mandates from non-clinicians.
Integrity.
Our values are fundamental to our success, medically and financially. Equity, honesty, congeniality, excellence and compassion are the foundation of our culture, where every physician is treated as the invaluable asset they are.
Flexibility.
Our scheduling process allows physicians maximum flexibility and control, while maintaining fairness and transparency. From day one, every physician has an equal opportunity to influence their schedule in the way that best suits their life, free from hardships aimed at new physicians. Our nocturnists program allows many physicians to work minimal nights, while others choose to work mostly nights.
Location.
The Pacific Northwest is undoubtedly one of the premier places in the world to live and practice emergency or urgent care medicine. Nestled between the Olympic and Cascade Mountains, surrounded by rivers, lakes, waterfalls and Puget Sound, nearby outdoor recreation opportunities abound. The Seattle area boasts top-notch restaurants, a thriving arts culture, professional sports, exceptional wineries, quality schools, a laid-back vibe, many eco- and health-conscious options and a diverse population.
Working at EES you get to work with amazing colleagues and supportive leadership, while also having a great work-life balance.
